This project is a vehicle access control solution for a public parking lot serving a street-side commercial block. The lane has a clear width of 6 meters. E40Pro barrier gates with 6m straight arm are deployed, equipped with non-spring machine core. Located in an open-air street-side parking area surrounded by retail shops and restaurants, the site handles passenger cars throughout the day with scattered traffic peaks. Exposed to road dust and temperature fluctuations, the equipment requires high outdoor weather resistance, stable long-arm operation and low maintenance demand. It is integrated with license plate recognition devices to achieve unmanned management.
When conventional spring barrier gates are equipped with 6-meter long booms, springs bear heavy load and fatigue quickly, requiring frequent elasticity adjustment. Long-term operation may cause boom vibration and position deviation. The E40Pro adopts non-spring machine core, removing the vulnerable balance spring and solving the pain point of spring fatigue for long booms structurally, greatly extending the maintenance-free period. The 6m straight arm fully covers the wide lane entrance, preventing vehicles from cutting in line or running the gate. It fits the wide-access scenario of street-side commercial parking lots. After deployment, the equipment operates stably and smoothly, meeting the round-the-clock access control demand of commercial district parking lots.
